Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into process designs.

Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and document detailed process maps and workflows.

Propose and implement process optimization strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and efficiency.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process design. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with process automation tools.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and design principles.

Experience in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.

Knowledge of industry-standard process modeling techniques and tools.

Familiarity with business process management (BPM) software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
