Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality applications within the specified timeline.

Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the development process.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members and stakeholders.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

Provide support and troubleshooting for existing applications.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their integration into the application development process.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in leading and managing application development projects.

In-depth knowledge of application design and architecture.

Experience with database management systems and SQL.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance processes.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
