Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to the team.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and guide the team in implementing solutions.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.

Conduct regular team meetings and actively participate in discussions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud Financials, sharing knowledge with the team.

Additional Responsibility 1:Mentor and coach junior professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Additional Responsibility 2:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.

Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Financials modules.

Hands-on experience in implementing financial reporting and analytics solutions.

Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for integrating Oracle Cloud Financials with other systems.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
