Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Allegro ERTM and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Allegro ERTM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Allegro ERTM.

Must have bid to bill products, good to have Adapt2-Should have Allegro functional experience

Good To Have Skills:Experience in software development using Java, Python, or C++.

Experience in leading software development projects, including design, development, and implementation.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Allegro ERTM.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software development projects.

This position is based at our Pune office.
