Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.- Document and maintain technical support processes.- Stay updated with the latest trends in Splunk Enterprise Architecture and Design.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Splunk Enterprise Architecture and Design.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Splunk Administration, Dynatrace Administration.- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.- Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.- Experience in analyzing and interpreting system logs for troubleshooting purposes.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Splunk Enterprise Architecture and Design.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
