Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the team in implementing Agile methodologies for project management.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.

Identify and address any roadblocks or issues hindering project progress.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Experience in leading Agile development teams.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile principles.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.

A 15 years of full-time education is required.
