Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead a team of developers and provide guidance and support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.

Design, develop, and test software systems according to client specifications.

Ensure the successful delivery of software solutions within the given timeframe.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Informatica Axon.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing software systems using Informatica Axon.

Knowledge of data integration and data management concepts.

Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and Oracle.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with data governance and data quality tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Informatica Axon.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
