Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance and reliability. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth functioning of production systems.

Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely support to resolve issues.

Implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.

Strong understanding of storage area networks (SAN) administration.

Experience in managing and maintaining Netapp storage systems.

Knowledge of SAN architecture and design principles.

Familiarity with storage protocols such as Fibre Channel and iSCSI.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues.

Experience in implementing storage solutions and optimizing storage performance.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Graduate in any discipline is required.
