Summary:As a Software Development Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work using your extensive knowledge of Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, including integration with other systems and customization of Salesforce to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, including adherence to coding standards, performance, and scalability.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technology, and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Extensive experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce integrations with other systems.

Solid grasp of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, version control, and continuous integration and deployment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions.
