Summary:As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services focused on organizational transformation to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Develop strategies for business agility and technology innovation.

Implement organizational transformation initiatives.

Facilitate client workshops on outlearning and outperforming the competition.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies.

Experience in organizational transformation projects.

Knowledge of technology innovation trends.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

This position is based at our Indore office.
