Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets.
- Ensure software assets meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations.
- Meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules.
- Create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation.
- Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional product development teams.
- Solid grasp of software architecture and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience in developing and enhancing software assets.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform and its integration with other systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 yrs of regular education is required.
