Summary:As a Quality Engineering Architect (Test Arch), you will design and develop complex quality engineering strategies. You will architect quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams. Your role will involve defining testing scope for complex projects and participating in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. You should have experience in one or more testing tools/frameworks and expertise in developing effective automation solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Architect quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams.

Define testing scope for complex projects.

Participate in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality.

Experience in one or more testing tools/frameworks and expertise with developing effective automation solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with testing tools/frameworks.

Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing quality assurance frameworks.

Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
