Roles & Responsibilities - International Voice Process (Customer Support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with international customers.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Work in rotational shifts and rotational offs (5-day workweek).
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in International Voice Process.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be flexible with work schedules and shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Location: Bangalore | Salary: 4 LPA | 2-way cab (25km radius)
