GTM - Consultant

Intermediate consulting position with the ability to operate independently to deliver Oracle Solutions to clients. Plays a key role in project teams, leads meetings and requirements gathering sessions. Can work autonomously on key project deliverable and delivers on time with minimal rework.

Functional and Technical Skills

• Demonstrates a working, conceptual knowledge of a product area.
• Knowledge in the system functionality of oner or more oracle software solutions including analysis, design, testing, customization and documentation
• Applies knowledge for basic problem-solving in typical or standard situations.
• Makes effort to further acquire relevant knowledge.

• Conveys knowledge and credibility with effective structuring of ideas, opinions and information, in writing and speaking.

• As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures in delivering solutions with variations in service offering to meet customer needs.

Key Competencies

• Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication

• 2+ years of experience in one or more product areas (OTM, GTM, WMS, CPQ, Etc.) with a minimum of 2 full-lifecycle implementations.

• Experience in configuring and delivering CRP (Conference Room Pilots) and Demos

• Knowledge of Standard Waterfall or Agile project implementation methodology

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related fields.

• Proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Certifications

• Relevant certification for one or more product areas such as GTM, OTM, WMS, CPQ, Etc.
