Job Description
- Setup Desktop, Computers, Servers, Peripherals, Cameras and test network connections. Installation of SERVERS , Laptops & printers and troubleshooting skills should be there. Replacement of Faulty Hardware Devices. Desktop, Laptop, Printer Installation & troubleshooting. Knowledge of installation of routers, switches, firewalls. Understanding of Microsoft services like AD. Daily Activity for Hardware & Networking support.
- Hardware Fresh Installation/Trouble Shooting for Breakdown. Hands-on experience on Backup Application & Server Hardware should have team handling experience. Addressing user tickets regarding hardware and networking. Helps in installing applications and computer peripherals. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions. Good communication, teamwork. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Customer-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 and outlook troubleshooting of 2019, 2016, 2013 etc. Experience of using active directory, DNS & DHCP. Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer/ FMS. Conduct remote troubleshooting and test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue. Help create technical documentation and manuals. Hands-on experience with Windows and IMAC. Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers, laptops and scanners.
- Knowledge of networks basics configurations, troubleshooting. Basics configurations, troubleshooting anti-virus programs. Must have knowledge about the remote support application like any desk, team viewer, VNC.
