Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Field Engineer to join our IT team for Internal Clients . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for desktop systems, Network, peripherals and applications. This role involves traveling in Bhubaneswar (Orissa ) Location of the clients to resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Windows operating systems.
• Perform system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
• Implement and maintain security patches and updates.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and resolve issues.
• Assist with network connectivity problems and configurations.
• Skill Set required for End Users Devices like Desktop, Laptops and Peripherals Installation, Hardware problem diagnosis and Trouble Shooting.
• Installation and Configuring of Operating Systems like Windows, Linux etc.
• Network device Installation, Configuring & Trouble Shooting like Switch, Router and Access Points.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs and parts replacements.
• Preferably having OEM certificates like MCSE / CCNA etc.
• Preferably Having Two Wheeler.
