Role & responsibilities

• Advanced degrees related to engineering management or construction management can be advantageous.

• Professional certifications in project management (e.g. PMP), engineering (e.g. PE), or construction management can be advantageous.
• A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant work experience in the EPC industry, with at least 5-10 years in a senior management role.

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale EPC projects, preferably in the mining or coal washing sectors and proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.

• In-depth understanding of EPC project management, including engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes.

• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
• Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Preferred candidate profile

* A bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Mining engineering or a related field is essential .

* Should be in the age group of 40-50 years and the outlook to drive the companys goals for about 5 years.
