Job Overview

Acads360 is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Specialist with a proven track record in Product-Led Growth (PLG) and B2B SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will have experience managing an average ticket size of ₹8-15 lakhs per account and extensive exposure to global markets (a must), along with domestic (Indian) market experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital sales, lead conversion, and revenue growth in a SaaS product-based environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies for digital-first sales, leveraging inbound, outbound, and product-led growth methodologies.
  • B2B SaaS Sales Execution: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closure and post-sale engagement.
  • Market Expansion & Global Sales: Identify and penetrate global markets, with a strong focus on enterprise clients across diverse geographies.
  • Account Management & Growth: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Revenue & Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, optimize conversion strategies, and drive revenue growth in alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Sales Automation & CRM Management: Utilize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs to track sales pipelines and performance metrics.
  • Negotiation & Contract Closure: Craft tailored proposals, lead pricing discussions, and close deals effectively.

Key Skills

  • Strong expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) and digital-first B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record in closing high-ticket sales (₹8-15 lakhs per account).
  • Extensive experience in Global Markets (a must) & Domestic (Indian) B2B SaaS sales.
  • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Sales / B2B SaaS Sales.
  • Prior experience in handling global sales and enterprise accounts is mandatory.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through digital channels and product-led strategies.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing / Business Management (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Certification in SaaS Sales / Digital Selling will be an added advantage.
