Job Description – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fashion apparel retail store. This role involves managing staff, optimizing sales and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining the store’s visual standards and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate to be capable ofr delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets and financial goals.
• Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and handle stock replenishment
• Shrinkage control
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

1. Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff, including sales associates and support personnel

1. Customer Service:
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor and enhance the customer shopping experience through personalized service and engagement.
• To drive customer retention.

1. Visual Merchandising:
• Maintain the store’s visual presentation, including merchandise displays, store layout, and signage, in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Update product displays and signage to reflect seasonal trends and promotional events.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.

1. Sales and Marketing:
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about merchandise assortment and pricing strategies.

1. Administrative Duties:
• Handle cash management and financial reporting, including daily sales reports, bank deposits, reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales transactions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications/ Skills Required :

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal
• Strong understanding of retail management principles, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business
• Technology savvy
• Fashionable, well groomed

Experience

• 8-10 years of experience
• Worked as a Store Manager for atleast 3 years
• Must have experience with fashion /apparel stores
• Age : Below 35 years
