Retail Marketing Executive

Designation: Executive-Retail Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage brand identity, messaging, and visual aesthetics across all channels.

- Execute planned in-store promotions, events, and experiences.

- Foster partnerships with influencers, suppliers, and external agencies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, digital).

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post Graduate

- 1-3 years experience in BTL and offline marketing. Retail marketing experience will be preferred

- Role involves travelling across West Bengal to oversee BTL activities (may be intensive travelling if required)

- Should be proficient in English,Bengali and Hindi

- Should be a go-getter, prompt in making local connections and getting jobs done.
