1) Associate: Business Analyst (Pre-Sales)

Experience: 0-6months (Training/Internship)
Department: Sales/Pre-Sales

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Candidates with an IT Industry/background only.
• Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Applications, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Alternative Qualifications: A diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management may also be considered, especially if accompanied by relevant internships or work experience.
• Able to perform Lead Qualification and Initial Client Engagement.
• Provide Demos to clients, manages queries/concerns etc.

2) Project Coordinator

Openings: 1-2

Experience: 0-6months (Training/Internship)

Department: Project Delivery (PM)

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Responsible for gaining product (our ready-to-launch solutions) knowledge and then contributing to enhancing the product in terms of content published, keeping a check on allocated Vs exhausted hours, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that product deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Maintaining in-house product demo data up to date.
• Coordinate with Content Publishers and Technical Content Writers and align projects and tasks in their queue. Take responsibility for validating the correctness of the work done by content publishers and writers, and proofread the work in a timely manner.
