Accounts & Finance Manager (Pigment)

• Experience working on SAP mandatory.
• Managing the entire gamete of financial, commercial and accounting activities.
• Leading the accounts team and delegating the work between team members.
• Timely finalization of accounts.
• Optimizing Fund Allocation.
• Plan, prepare and review the Annual budget.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and take appropriate actions based on the forecast.
• Monitor organization expenditure against budget and conduct variance analysis. Propose and monitor any actions needed based on such analysis.
• Raising funds from the banks.
• Design, implement and maintain internal controls to minimize risks and as recommended by external auditors.
• Ensuring timely assessment and filing of corporate and individual direct and indirect taxation.
• To create, implement and monitor the standard operating process for the department.
• Fulfilling all listing agreements requirements as per SEBI rules.
• Ensuring Legal and Regulatory Compliance.
• Implement Cost Control, cost analysis and cost innovation measures.
• Submission of monthly management information system covering each unit.
• Maintain a smooth cash flow system.
• Handle company tax issues and liaison with tax agents and/or authorities.

KRA:
- Raise fund from Banks sources at the cheapest cost.
- Look after all the accounting works of the company.
- Would work in close co-ordination with Plant locations.
- Process mapping and documentation.
- Entire internal audit and compliance process.

Candidate Profile:
- Min 12- years experience.
- Excellent communications.
- Knowledge of SAP,
- Good Analytical skills
