Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure full-stack solutions.

- Set up and maintain robust server infrastructure to optimize performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to fulfill project requirements.

- Ensure code quality through reviews, rigorous testing, and adherence to best practices.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate innovative solutions into projects.

- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and overall productivity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years as a Full-Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Technical Expertise :

Frontend : Proficient in React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Backend : Expertise in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java (Spring).

Database : Extensive experience with both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).

Server Setup and Management : Proven experience in server configuration, deployment, and management on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g, Git) and agile development methodologies.

Other Skills :

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in gaming or similar industries is an advantage.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

- Relevant certifications in cloud services (e.g, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
