- Ensure work is performed in accordance with standard practices
- Knowledge of all pipes and fittings as per the latest requirement
- Knowledge of standard installation requirement of all plumbing fixture
- Plans, assigns works to plumbers/ Welder/fitter/Helpers as per the requirement
- Inspecting the work of plumbers/ Welder/fitter/Helpers to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly
- Material take off from shop drawing/ as per site condition
- Preparation of measurement sheet of the work and getting approval from the client
- Good handwriting skill and knowledge of MS Excel shall be added advantage
