Associate Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Associate Technical Architect with expertise in Node.js, Java, and modern backend and frontend technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, efficient, and maintainable
solutions. In this role, you will drive technical excellence, manage team performance, and contribute to innovative strategies while upholding the highest standards of design, code quality, and system performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Development
Design and implement robust architectures for scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, Java, Dotnet, C#, or other relevant technologies.
Quickly adapt to emerging programming languages and business needs.
Solve complex challenges in e-commerce applications, including high traffic, large datasets, and transaction-heavy systems.
Database Management
Work with both relational databases (MySQL) and distributed NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, etc), ensuring high data integrity and performance optimization.
Utilize ORMs like Sequelize and Mongoose for efficient database operations.

Messaging & Real-Time Systems
Design and implement messaging systems using Kafka and other middleware
technologies.
Develop real-time communication systems using WebSockets and streaming
solutions.
API Design & Performance Optimization
Design and optimize APIs for high availability, scalability, and performance.
Write efficient, high-performance code following industry best practices and implement memory management strategies.

Low-Level Design & Collaboration
Contribute to modular, maintainable, and scalable system architectures with a focus on low-level design principles.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse architectural patterns.
Debug live applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
Technology Integration & Innovation
Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into business solutions.
Incorporate modern tools and frameworks for seamless development and deployment.

Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor first-time managers and team leads, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Oversee team performance, ensure goal alignment, and execute strategic decisions.

GPS and Real-Time Tracking Expertise: Extensive experience in GPS, Passenger Information System , Vehicle Tracking systems, and real-time monitoring.
Backend & Frontend Proficiency: Proficiency in backend technologies (Java, Node.js, Dotnet) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
Database Expertise: Advanced knowledge of relational and distributed NoSQL databases (MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
Messaging & Real-Time Systems: Hands-on experience with Kafka, WebSockets, and real-time technologies like MQTT.
Memory & Performance Optimization: In-depth understanding of memory
management techniques and performance tuning.
Algorithms & Data Structures: Strong foundation in dynamic programming,
algorithms, and data structures.
Low-Level Design Principles: Expertise in creating modular and scalable
architectures.
Cloud Platforms & CI/CD: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and
experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
