Role & responsibilities

1. Knowledge of managing Engineering stores function

2. Inward and Outward process, Out sourcing process

3. Import receipts, local receipts, consumables, etc

4. Export dispatch, local dispatch, packing, Returnable delivery challan , Non returnable delivery challan, etc

5. Documentation and Maintaining records and knowledge as per ISO norms

6. Doing Follow up on pending cases and having good communication skills, email writing, MIS reports

7. Inventory knowledge

8. ERP knowledge

9. Good in MS office tools like excel, word, power point

10. Knowledge on external system platforms like - Eway bill
