Ware house Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management:
  
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations and minimize errors.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Inventory Control & Management:
  
• Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment and resolve discrepancies in stock counts.
• Ensure proper organization of goods for easy access, accurate tracking, and minimal product damage.
• Team Management:
  
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, including forklift operators, inventory clerks, and shipping/receiving personnel.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure staff adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Safety & Compliance:
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety training and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Implement and enforce proper handling procedures for hazardous materials, if applicable.
• Technology & Systems:
  
• Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Analyze data from WMS reports to identify areas for improvement in processes and workflow.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of warehouse activities.
• Budget & Cost Management:
  
• Assist in the development of the warehouse budget, including staffing, equipment, and operational costs.
• Monitor and control costs related to warehouse operations, minimizing waste and inefficiency.
• Customer Service & Coordination:
  
• Work closely with other departments such as procurement, sales, and transportation to coordinate timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Resolve any warehouse-related customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
