Patient Care Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. Attending Patient Queries: Respond to patient queries and provide information related to medical procedures, appointments, and treatment plans.

2. Documentation of Medical History: Record and update patients' past medical history accurately for reference during

consultations.

3. Patient Counselling: Provide medical and financial counselling to patients regarding various medical procedures, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.

4. Preparing Patient Files:

• Collect and arrange reports and other related medical documents for the doctor.
• Prepare patient files before consultations to ensure all necessary information is available.

5. Explaining Treatment and Medications:

• Explain the prescribed treatment and medications to patients, ensuring they

understand the course of action as per the doctors instructions.

6. Maintaining Medical Records: Scan and upload prescriptions and other medical documents to maintain up-to-date

and accurate patient records.

7. Assisting Doctors with Tasks: Assist doctors with various tasks as assigned, ensuring the smooth execution of the daily operations in the clinic.
