Job Overview:
As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in mapping lands for Residential Projects on sharing basis, building and growing the company from the ground up. You will be responsible for strategic decision-making, driving business development, and managing day-to-day operations. Your role will be crucial in shaping the company's vision, culture, and long-term success. You'll work alongside other co-founders to ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with other co-founders to set and implement the long-term vision, goals, and strategic direction of the company.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, forging partnerships, and exploring new markets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the team to ensure alignment with business goals, including hiring key staff and building a company culture.
- Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to manage the company's budget, capital structure, and profitability.
- Real Estate Operations: Oversee the operational aspects of the business, including property acquisition, development, and property management.
- Marketing & Branding: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the business and build brand recognition in the real estate market.
- Investor Relations: Build relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders to secure capital for business expansion and growth.
- Legal & Compliance: Ensure the business complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to real estate transactions, contracts, and property management.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay informed on market trends and expand the company's professional network.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the real estate industry, with a strong background in [land acquisition, investment, development, property management, sales, etc.].
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Experience with business planning, financial forecasting, and securing funding.
