Job Description:

Position: Management Associate/ Senior Associate

Location: Remote

As a Management Associate/Senior Associate, you will play a key role in business development, strategy execution, and providing critical analytical support to senior leadership. You will be tasked with driving complex projects, working collaboratively with teams, and supporting leadership on high-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Strategy Execution: Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and operational plans. Proactively identify new business opportunities and support account management, driving customer satisfaction. Contribute to key initiatives and help ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Data Analysis & Market Research: Conduct in-depth data analysis and market research to keep the business informed on industry trends and emerging market opportunities. Study and analyze relevant market information to assist in decision-making and identify growth opportunities for the company.
• Strategic Support & Independent Execution: Assist senior management in both daily operations and high-level strategic initiatives. Take ideas and execute them independently with a systematic approach, ensuring thorough research and planning are in place before implementation. Develop well-structured plans, backed by data and insights, to drive execution and achieve desired outcomes.

Drive Change & Innovation: Champion change within the company, introducing new ideas, processes, and efficiencies. Constantly seek opportunities to improve and grow with the organization.

Desired Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Graduate from a top-tier university (preferably an MBA or similar advanced business qualification).
• A track record of academic excellence from a top-tier institute (IIM graduates or equivalent) will be highly preferred.

• Experience:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy execution, or project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Skills:
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management.
• Ability to drive change and growth, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
• Familiarity with managing and executing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
