Manager - Operational Excellence

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Close follow up with all OpEx work streams and functions to drive the continuous improvement across the operations and ensure milestones are delivered as per plan .

• Responsible for visual updates of metrics through coordination with stakeholders.

  Support in OSW implementation, RCA Approach, MOS ,FLL program launch, change management plans roll out etc.

  Provide necessary support to site OpEx Manager on site Monthly Business Review process

  Coordinate & monitor various metrics (premium plant & global MBR) and putting into the database.

  Provide necessary support in driving OpEx culture at site.

  Networking with other Sites / Functions and benchmarking to exchange knowledge and good practices

  Drive various OpEx initiative like SHINGO , OpEx Maturity assessment , Continuous Improvement Days celebration and other programs
