1. Interacting with client over phone, understanding their requirement and pitch them the suitable project/ property
2. Inform Managers about upcoming projects and make prospective list of clients/ target
3. Strong inter-personal and communication skills
4. Good in Client Call Handling
5. Aptitude for Customer Pre and Post Sale Service
6. Ability to work in a team
7. Basic knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools
8. Good in giving Presentations on face-to-face meeting
9. Conveyance is must
