We are hiring a Customer Service Officer/Senior Officer to join our dynamic, growth-focused team. You will collaborate with the CS team in Thailand to ensure smooth process and operations in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales order receiving/ order processing/ issue OC/ follow up shipment/ invoicing/ shipping/ booking sales;
• Maintain the accuracy of system order data, communicate with finance and AA in time; and monitor warehouse inventory every month and provide inventory report, including FG, RM, WIP to finance
• Updating inventory and update information and other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Customer Service preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
• 3+ years in customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
