HR EXECUTIVE / SR. HR EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, induction, onboarding, employee engagement, training & development and payroll management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Oversee the induction and onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Responsible for managing payroll processing
• Ensure HR processes and policies are followed, maintaining compliance with company standards.
