Senior Service Engineer (HVAC)

Job description

1. Diploma/B.Tech. in Mechanical with 3-7 years of Experience as Service Supervisor in Air Conditioning Systems i.e. VRV/VRF, Ductables, Cassettes etc.

2. Service Delivery:

a. Attending to customer Services by aligning Technicians to the complaints received.

b. Make their Plan for the day & keep in touch with them so that complaints are attended to satisfactorily.

c. Visiting customer sites in case of Escalations or PR Building.

d. Working on Software to arrange for Spare Parts etc.

3. Service Revenue Generation:

a. Getting Leads for AMCs

b. Converting those Leads into AMC Contracts.

c. Filling up Govt Tenders for Service Business.

d. Working on existing Contracts to generate Revenue opportunities.

4. Good Working Knowledge of Emails/Excel Sheet. Should be able to communicate well. Daily Reporting is must.

5. Two-Wheeler & License is desirable. Area of Travel (Delhi & NCR).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
