Sr.Executive/AM- Internal Audit

Role & responsibilities

• Assisting in audit of internal control over financial reporting as per companies act and SOX requirements (ICFR)
• Coordinating with internal auditors, statutory auditors and other auditors to comply with the statutory compliance.to act as one pointy control for timely completion of audits.
• performing walkthrough and process setting for business activities carried out in cost centres based on risk assessment.
• Transaction review on periodical basis for new or existing business activities.
• process conformance and reporting of deviation or revision with management approval
• preparing monthly/quarterly audit process compliance reports and discussion with management.
• Assisting finance, tax and legal for statutory, cost and legal audits assignments and other works.
• Reporting of deviation or revision with the user team and obtaining management approval.
• Maintaining monthly documentation of internal financial control set for internal control compliance.
• Reviewing all internal control aspects related to accounting payable, receivable, banking, treasury and month end closure aspects.
