Role Name - Senior Executive Quality

Location - Bhara Pachpera, Pilibhit, Uttarpradesh

Qualification and Education -

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology
• Strong knowledge of analytical testing methods
• Basic knowledge of Safety and Environment Rules & Regulations
• Key Skills: Strong people management and supervisory Skills, problem solving, decision making, self-reliant, team player
• 3-5 years of experience in analytical testing Fermentation/Food/Beverage/FMCG with the knowledge of chemical analysis, RM/PM analysis and Food safety. 

Key Role & responsibilities

Operational

• Evaluating production stages and testing the composition, appearance, and functionality of finished product.
• Ensuring that product comply with critical quality specifications and industry standard.
• Visual and Measurement analysis of incoming materials (RM&PM) by confirming specifications
• Analysis of intermediate product and finished product
• Analysis of incoming water, wastewater effluent streams and treated water.
• Collect ad-hoc samples and analyse for troubleshooting or Benchmarking activity
• Preparation of the solution, reagents and standardization of the solution etc. 
• Routine calibration of instruments like pH meter, TDS meter, turbidity meter, thermometer etc.
• Maintain visibility on lab equipment stocks and replenish timely as needed
• Dispose waste as per disposal guidelines in a timely manner

Reporting and Communication

• Document and update all inspection results in time both electronically and in hard copy formats.
• Highlight and communicate any quality deviation (from specification) promptly to take swift corrective action
• Assist Quality Managers in monthly reporting or any other ad-hoc reporting 
• Coordinate with Production and ETP departments as needed for any urgent testing/communication

Training and Behaviour

• Follow Good Lab practices to maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping
• Maintain accident-free lab with focus on safe behaviour (use of PPE, eliminating hazards)
• Come up with ideas to improve lab practices, minimize non-essential testing, minimize waste
• Maintain lab in pristine condition and keep it visit-ready, follow 5S practices

Others

• Occasionally take care of microbiology related analysis as required
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Quality Managers as required.
