• Heat Consumption,
• Electricity Consumption,

• Establish/Updated SOP and SOP OWD

• Beer consistency & BS (Process consistency + Beer sensory)

• KPI to be followed as per TSC

1. Accountabilities

• Complies to QEHS, Food Integrity and GMP (including HACCP) standards
• Investigates complaints and provides proper follow-up (including root cause analysis)
• Ensures that all documentation from Zone Brewery Support is updated continuously
• Accountable for achieving the target for all Brewing KPIs
• Only Green and Yellow Status in all the Blocks in Safety Pillar
• Brewing VIC / HL Cost
• Environmental and safety rule and regulation follow up.
• Budweiser quality and Quality Index improvement
• VPO sustainability Qualification in 2022.
• Following up on the Daily, weekly Brewing and ensures the Quality norms according to the tech Manual
• 5s, Generate daily weekly monthly reportsRole & responsibilities
