Security Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Management of DLP and AV solutions deployed in Aavas.
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint security principles, technologies, and best practices, including antivirus, EDR/XDR, encryption, patch management, and endpoint hardening techniques.
• Experience with endpoint security solutions and tools from leading vendors such as CrowdStrike, Netskope SSE, GTB DLP, Microsoft, and VMware.
• Identifying threats and working on steps to defend against them.
• Troubleshooting issues related to DLP, AV and MDM.
• Compliance obligations- contractual, regulatory and internal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Coordinate compliance and assurance activities to ensure that the organisation adheres to policy and regulatory expectation.
• Support the operation, review agreements and coordinate data governance activities.
• Closely working with management and ensuring zero breach on compliances.
• Handing audit compliance, creating audit scope and checklist based on mapping of regulatory circulars (such as NHB, RBI etc) and information system security policy.
• Regular assessment of security solutions, information security policies & procedures.
• Should be able to prepare reports /MIS for the senior Management team

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of professional experience in IT security domain with special focus on end users.
• Experience in HFC, NBFC, banking, DSA, loan origination, loan management system, fintech companies, credit/collections/legal for housing finance.
• Knowledge on Virus, Worm out breaks and malware analysis.
• MBA / Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business or related field
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to work independently with multi-tasking abilities.
• Should possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
• Should possess good decision-making skills
• Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
