Job Description:
Job Summary: You will be responsible for the overall management and performance of a specific branch. Your role entails developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency. You will lead a team of sales and support staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and collaborate with internal departments to achieve branch targets and maintain compliance with organizational standards. Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve branch sales and operational targets.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Branch Leadership
1. Lead and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and profitability goals.
Customer Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Operational Excellence
1. Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
2. Monitor branch performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Risk Management
1. Identify and mitigate operational risks within the branch, implementing controls and procedures to safeguard assets and minimize losses.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk management and security.
Team Management
1. Recruit, train, and develop branch staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
