Accounts Manager ( Chartered Accountant) - Garment Industry

** Candidate with CA qualification only preferred

1. Maintain the company cost line

2. Prepare monthly financial reports & various related statements.

3. Assist in the formulation of the departments budget in compliance with applicable budget policy & guidelines.

4. Monitors expenditures to assure that the company remains within the budget.

5. Supervise the departmental accounting function & coordinate the completion of periodic financial statements & record keeping.

6. Advice department heads & managers on the use of & source of funds & Highlight the lost profit limit.

7. Purchases commodities, services & capital items ,spot checks shipments for quality & quantity.

8. Maintain records of contracts, makes estimates of work & material costs.

9. Assist in formulation of work measures to maximize efficiency & cost savings.

10. Ensures that records for internal & external audits are prepared.

11. Make the monthly /annually lost profit of Balance Sheet

12. Highlight the internal & External failure cost in monthly, annually

13. Manage & control stock for all assets.

14. Control the liabilities in company.

15. Educate the Top and the Middle management in financially.

16. Precede the company accounts without any confusion.

17. Maintain the salary procedure

18. Maintain all the Book Keeping Procedures

19. Preparation of monthly Budget & the Annual Budget.

20. Maintain company accounts as per the Standards of Inland Revenue.
