Interventional Neurologist (0-10 years)

Role & responsibilities

1. Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological disorders requiring interventional procedures.
2. Perform interventional neurology procedures, including but not limited to mechanical thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, carotid stenting, and other endovascular treatments.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including radiologists, neurosurgeons, and critical care specialists, for comprehensive patient management.
4. Evaluate patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, ensuring timely diagnosis and treatment.
5. Lead or participate in emergency stroke care and acute neurovascular interventions.
6. Provide pre-procedural and post-procedural care and counseling to patients and families.
7. Contribute to continuous medical education and training programs for the neurology department.
8. Stay updated with advancements in interventional neurology and implement best practices.
