Urologist (0-10 years )

Role & responsibilities

1. Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological conditions, including disorders of the kidneys, bladder, prostate, and reproductive organs.
2. Perform advanced urological surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopy, robotic surgery, and endourology.
3. Provide outpatient and inpatient care for urological conditions, including consultations, follow-ups, and preventive care.
4. Manage emergency urological cases, including trauma and acute urinary obstructions.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, including coordination with nephrologists, oncologists, and radiologists.
6. Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care.
7. Participate in hospital-based initiatives, including clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and medical education.
8. Stay updated with advancements in urology and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
