Assist in the development and maintenance of training programs, including curriculum, materials, and schedules. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as room setup, equipment preparation, and participant registration. Training Delivery Assistance:
Support trainers during training sessions by managing participant attendance, distributing materials, and providing technical assistance. Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment and technology used in training sessions. Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, evaluations, and other relevant data. Assist in the preparation of training reports and summaries for management. Communication and Coordination:
Communicate training schedules, updates, and announcements to participants and relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of training activities. Participant Support:
Respond to participant inquiries and provide assistance regarding training programs and logistics. Collect and analyze participant feedback to identify areas for improvement. Learning Management System (LMS):
Assist in the management and administration of the organization's Learning Management System. Upload training materials, track participant progress, and generate reports as needed. Collaboration:
