Market Research and Analytics Lead

We are seeking a tech-savvy and resourceful Market and Data Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in manufacturing or integrated steel plants. This role focuses on collecting, organizing, and analyzing critical data for decision-making, leveraging both internal data and external market intelligence through innovative research methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and organize internal data into visually compelling dashboards for management use.
• Conduct primary market research, including interviews, to collect competitor pricing, quantities sold, customer lists, and market positioning.
• Develop and maintain market maps to analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
• Utilize technology tools to streamline data collection, visualization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to present insights and recommendations tailored to the manufacturing and steel industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong research skills, including gathering non-internet-based information.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or integrated steel plants is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial background or involvement in startups is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to solve unstructured problems innovatively.
