Job Description
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all office facilities, including infrastructure, utilities, and office equipment.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors, including maintenance service providers, cleaning services, security, and others.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies for utilities, maintenance, and other operational expenses.
• Monitor expenses and track cost savings through efficient resource management and vendor negotiations.
•Lead and supervise the facilities team, ensuring timely execution of facilities-related tasks.
•Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments for smooth facilities integration with organizational processes.
•Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns regarding office amenities, space utilization, and other facilities-related issues.
•Petty Cash Management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational Qualification
Minimum Bachelors degree, MBA will be preferred
