Role & responsibilities
1.To generate sales from new as well as existing customers and achieve the sales plan. 2.Aquisition & retention of customers and increase client base
3.To ensure receivable management is under control and increase cash flow.
4.Sales lead management & monitor them
5.Focus on all line of business including Vertical & Route development
6.Training and development in product, sales behavioral & management skills
7.Sales administration and management.
8.Sales budget and sales review month on month basis.
9.Market knowledge and competitor activities.
10.Conduct regular customer feedback.
11.Quality compliance and implementation of the same.
12.Client visit.
13.Client transition to operations within 7 days of CPR signed.
14.Client analysis on gross margin, volume and profitability.
15.Yield enhancement
16.Customer Service and complaint management
17. Attend weekly meeting and sales reviews
18. Sales budget and maintain MIS reports
Preferred candidate profile
1.Candidate should be able to deliver Gross Margin at least 3 times his or her CTC and candidate should be able to cover his cost in the 3rd or 4th month.
2.Good relationship with clients. Should have spent at least 2 years in existing company and should be consistent.
3.Good in sales and should have excellent relationship with customer/clients.
