Business Analyst (Growth)

Job Description:

​​We are looking for a Business Analyst - Growth who will work closely with leadership to drive growth initiatives across different verticals. This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and enjoys solving business challenges. You will be involved in strategy, marketing, partnerships, and operational execution to accelerate AapkaPainters expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics, including proficiency in SQL, Metabase and Power BI to deep-dive into various aspects of the sales funnel, including user acquisition, onboarding, retention, and conversion. Translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
• Data tracking and dashboarding: Create compelling dashboards and trackers across business, ops and prod to be on top of all business metrics and take corrective actions
• Growth Strategy & Execution: Support in developing and executing growth strategies across digital, offline, and partnership channels.
• Sales Enablement & Support: Work closely with sales teams to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
• Experimentation and Testing: Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize various aspects of the customer journey, including user experience, pricing models, and product features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engg., Finance, or related field. Master’s is a plus
• 0-2 years of experience in business growth, strategy, marketing, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Metabase). Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and willing to take ownership of projects.
