Position Summary Koncepts Lab seeks a proactive Growth Strategy Associate to drive growth initiatives in Digital, AI, and Customer Experience (CX) solutions. Ideal for recent MBA graduates, this role offers a unique opportunity to engage in strategic planning, client interaction, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting directly to the CGSO, the associate will play a vital role in developing and implementing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support growth strategies, focusing on trends in Digital, AI, and CX. Provide actionable recommendations for growth opportunities and risk mitigation.
Client Engagement & Proposal Support: Assist in client meetings to understand needs and develop tailored proposals that align with Koncepts Lab s offerings. Prepare presentations that highlight insights and growth strategies.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Support data-driven growth initiatives by analyzing customer segments, product performance, and KPIs. Offer insights to optimize strategies and visualize data for strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align growth strategies and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Project Management & Reporting: Document projects, ensure timely completion, and communicate findings effectively to both internal teams and clients.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Propose ideas to enhance client satisfaction and reduce attrition. Stay informed on industry trends to reinforce Koncepts Lab s market relevance.
Key Qualifications MBA in Marketing, Business Analytics, Strategy, or related field. Strong foundation in business analysis, data interpretation, and market research. Proficient in data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations.
