JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our marketing team. You will support the development and execution of design assets across various platforms to ensure the brand's consistency and appeal. This role is perfect for a passionate individual looking to grow their design skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Result Areas / Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Collaborate with marketing and content stakeholders to create engaging graphics for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, banners, and presentations.

2. Assist in designing marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, and event promotional materials.

3. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and convey a consistent visual identity.

4. Support Design Manager and Creative Director with brainstorming, layout adjustments, and feedback integration.

5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

6. Stay updated on design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas to campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

No. of Years Work Experience:

• 1-2 years preferred.

Skills Sets required / Specialized knowledge required:

• Adobe Creative Suite and Figma knowledge required
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
